Letter from our firm

To our clients and friends:

We want to keep you updated about how Coleman & Associates is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

What’s our plan?

  • All Coleman & Associates employees are working from home.  Our employees are equipped to work remotely in an effective and efficient manner within a secure environment.

  • Our physical building is closed to the public.  You cannot drop off or pickup anything from our office during this period. All in person meetings or client visits have been rescheduled.

  • We are available via email (best method) or telephone during this time. The phone will be answered, but you may need to leave a message.

  • Mail will be collected once per day, so don’t worry if you want to send us your tax documents!

What about your tax returns?

  • Please gather and submit your tax documents as soon as possible.

  • Use your secure Coleman portal to send us your information. Mailing is ok too, mail is collected daily.

  • If you don’t currently have access to a scanner or proper postage, please be prepared to submit your information as soon as you are back at your office.
