We’re excited to share an upgrade to your tax experience this year with SafeSend featuring SafeSend Portals, Signature, Gather, Returns and Exchange. SafeSend is for front end data collection, like engagement letters and tax documents, and a delivery system for your income tax returns.

Where can I access my old NetClient CS Portal?

Your NetClient CS portal will remain available for you to review and download prior years’ tax returns and financial statements. You should upload all new and future documents through SafeSend. You can access your NetClient CS portal here:


SafeSend Client Portal

The SafeSend Client Portal is designed to create a centralized location for signing and reviewing and signing current year tax returns, sending files to us securely, and viewing documents previously uploaded by you or shared by Coleman & Associates through any SafeSend application. This client portal increases organization and efficiency for both you and our firm. You can view and access outstanding tasks, upload and download documents, pay vouchers, sign your tax returns and distribute K-1’s.

SafeSend Client Portal Key Features:

  • Task List: You can see all the tasks from all SafeSend products. Tasks are organized on the page based on product type.
  • Document Repository: You can view, download, search, and sort all files exchanged between you and Coleman & Associates, including both received and uploaded documents.
  • Comprehensive Notifications: You can find notifications and reminders for tasks under the Notification Bell, which allows you to access and complete tasks directly by clicking on the respective reminders and notifications items.
  • Unified K-1 Distribution Page: You can view and distribute all entities requiring K-1 distributions on a single page.
  • Tax Payment Page: You can view and pay both estimated and tax payment vouchers for all returns and extensions in a centralized location.

SafeSend Signature

SafeSend Signature replaces DocuSign as our electronic signature application. You can access documents, review, sign, decline, delegate signing and download documents including, but not limited to, engagement letters.

SafeSend Gather

SafeSend Gather is a tool designed to make the document gathering and upload process even more intuitive, efficient, and secure.

SafeSend Gather Key Features:

Streamlined Interface: A cleaner, more user-friendly layout makes it easier to navigate and complete collect your tax documents and complete the questionnaire.

Secure Document Uploads: You can upload tax documents directly within the platform — no need to email or mail anything.

Tips for a Smooth Experience:

  • Using a desktop or laptop will give you the best experience and make it easier to upload documents.
  • Download and save your tax documents on a local drive before starting the Gather process
  • Start early to give yourself time to gather documents and ask questions
  • Review each section carefully and provide complete, updated information.
  • Use the Notes Feature if you are unsure or something does not apply and we will follow up with you, if needed.

SafeSend Returns

SafeSend Returns allows you to access your tax return, review, sign, pay your taxes, deliver K-1s and download documents.

SafeSend Return Key Features:

Review Tax Documents: You can review your tax return, filing instructions and even forward a copy of your tax return to a third party.

Sign Tax Documents: You can view and pay tax balances either online or download a voucher to mail your payment. Never miss an estimated payment again by selecting the “Email Me” reminder.

SafeSend Exchange

SafeSend Exchange feature allows you to securely send and receive documents fromColeman & Associates. The document transfer is fully encrypted and safe to use.

SafeSend Exchange Key Features:

Secure File Transfer: You can send files directly from the home screen of your portal.

Drop-Off Link: You can transfer up to 3 GB of data through the drop-off link in ouremail signature line.
